Which is your situation?
Do you have to have Konftel equipment on both ends?
No, you can call to any type of telephone. The quality of your conference call will be no better than the equipment and the network connection you use. If you have a normal speaker telephone on the other end, you will not achieve full duplex. Those participants who use speakerphones would be well advised to choose a Konftel telephone. |
