Hold better meetings with Konftels new HD Products – Powered by OmniSound®
The vast majority of Conference users (87%) think that great sound is more important than video, according to a recent global survey with Konftel customers.
“Sound is the basis of every meeting. The other things can be worked around, but if you cannot clearly hear, then the meeting is over.”
This comment in the survey is right on target. Only 2% value video as the most important enabler in remote meetings and 6% screen sharing.

Broad support for HD Audio
With OmniSound® as the base, all current Konftel models except two also provide HD audio quality whenever the communication platform and network allow it. HD calls have much more natural sounding speech than the sound you get with conventional phone calls. It picks up tones of voice and nuances, making conversation more fluid. In technical terms HD audio in telephony, also known as wideband audio, utilizes at least double the frequency range compared to narrowband telephony, from 50 Hz to 7 kHz or higher instead of only 300 Hz to 3,4 kHz.

The communication starts with the headline “EVEN THE SMALLEST NOISE ‘bzzzzzz] CAN BE A REAL DISTRACTION”, where a fly in the pictures represents the annoying sound that can ruin your meetings.
