Warming up for Enterprise Connect
We asked Fredrik Hörnkvist, Konftel Sales Director North America, about his expectations on Enterprise Connect that takes place in Orlando March 7-9.
Why are Konftel attending at Enterprise Connect?
“Enterprise Connect is a tremendous industry event and represents a great opportunity for us to introduce and showcase our latest products to the market while also directly meeting and discussing customer challenges in a rapidly changing industry.”
What are you personally looking forward to at Enterprise Connect?
“I really look forward introducing the 300Wx IP, the industry’s first HD capable wireless IP conference phone, also find it so rewarding meeting and learning from our top customers.”
If you have to pick one single important trend in the communication industry right now, what would you pick?
“UC&C – with the emphasis on Collaboration. Cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing is key in a competitive global environment and given the plethora of on premise PBX, hosted or hybrid cloud solutions there is no ‘One Size Fits All’ for conferencing devices so finding the right device for the right application and environment is critical.”
How do you think a business owner should react to this trend?
“I’ts important for both customers and resellers to look both short and long-term and realize that every workers need may be different. Our Wireless IP solution is a great example, unique as it can be deployed today over PSTN in a TDM system but it is also IP capable thus helping customer who at some point will be migrating to a VoIP platform to capture their initial investment.”
You will meet Fredrik Hörnkvist, Konftel Sales Director North America, at our booth 1643 at Enterprise Connect. Love to see you there! You should also keep an eye open here on our blog and follow our Facebook and LinkedIn because we are going to keep you updated from the conference floor and some sessions.
