Driver software download

To get a smooth start together with our video kits you will need to have the DisplayLink driver installed on your laptop. The driver for which is already on your computer if you have Windows 10 (1607) Anniversary Update or later. Drivers for other operating systems can be found here:

Windows 10

If you have Windows 10 Anniversary Update  (1607)  or later you normally don't have to download the drivers manually.

  • Connect the orange USB cable to your PC.
  • Wait for drivers to initialize (HDMI display, camera, conference device). The configuration can in some cases take more than 60 seconds. The consequential re-connections will be faster (~10 seconds)

MacOS – Getting started

Big Sur 11.0, Catalina 10.15

  • Make sure that you have the Displaylink manager installed.
  • Connect the orange USB cable to your laptop.
  • Wait for drivers to initialize (HDMI display, camera, conference device).
