I can’t register my Konftel 300Wx to my Konftel IP DECT 10 base.

Please update the software on your Konftel 300Wx to version 2.0.3 or later, then go to SETTINGS > DECT > RF BAND and select US. This setting is only available in the North America region. After the change please try and re-register the Konftel 300Wx to the Konftel IP DECT 10 base.

Where can I find the IP address of the IP DECT 10 base?

If you have a Konftel 300Wx connected to the IP DECT 10 base you will find the IP address in the Konftel 300Wx menu. Press the MENU (gear)-button and go to STATUS and scroll down to IP address. If the IP address field doesn't show please make sure that "IP DECT 10" is selected under MENU > SETTINGS > DECT > PROFILE.

How to install the latest version
Konftel IP DECT 10 upgrade v. 5.00 B01

If you have issues with outgoing calls with this release after upgrade from 3.55 version, please do a base defaults and re-register Konftel 300Wx to the base and test again.
Make sure you are using DECT version 937 or later on Konftel 300Wx before you upgrade Konftel IP DECT 10 to this version. Check MENU > STATUS > DECT version before upgrade.

- Improve stability when having music-on-hold (MOH)
- Trigger a reboot if "Configuration Server Address" is changed
- Add ring delay with incoming call rining to Call group
- Improve TCP/TLS stability (heapleak)
- Fix stability issue when doing transfer
Update your IP DECT 10
Update via web interface
- Log in to the web interface of the IP DECT 10.
(You can find the IP address in MENU > STATUS of the Konftel 300Wx) - Click on "Firmware Update" and enter the following values:
Firmware update server address = http://upgrade.konftel.com
Firmware path = /Download/konftel_ip_dect_10
Required version = eg. 355 for version 3.55
Required branch = eg. 22 for branch 22 (required only if version is same as on IP DECT 10)
- Click on “Save/Start update” to proceed with the update.
- LEDs will flash red during update and turn green when done.
- Log in to IP DECT 10 and check firmware version on status page.
Manual software download
This can be useful if you have restricted internet access or if a conference phone is not installed and connected to the internet.
