Follow these steps:

  1. Unzip the files.
  2. Make sure that the camera is plugged in.
  3. Double click on the Konftel Cam Upgrade Utility exe-file.
  4. Make sure that the message “ Camera connection is successful” is shown in the bottom of the application.
  5. Press Auto upgrade to start the updating process. Confirm any questions with Yes and OK.
  6. The process will take up to two minutes.
  7. Wait for “Upgrade is completed!” message.
  8. Confirm with OK to finalize the update.

Two-year warranty

Peace of mind

All Konftel models come with a two-year warranty. The warranty is invalidated if the product has been damaged due to negligence, incorrect use, manipulation or unauthorized modification or if the product has been subjected to fire, an electrical storm or a power surge. A fee will be charged for returned products that are found to have no faults.

Servicing after warranty

Servicing is available after the warranty expires. Create a ticket and describe the error and we will send you a costing.
